21. Secretariat of the Commission:

(1) There will be a secretariat of the Commission for the financial and daily administrative operations of the Commission.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the Secretariat shall be as follows:-

(a) To assist the Commission in carrying out the work carried out by the Commission,
(b) To prepare proposals for the meeting of the National Development Council,
(c) to implement the decisions of the Commission,
(d) To act as secretariat of the Council,
(e) To do other work as specified.
